TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a service with SIGMA Auto Detail, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
GENERAL CONDUCT
We strive to deliver the highest standard of service with professionalism and care. SIGMA Auto Detail reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a customer exhibits unreasonable, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
MOBILE DETAILING REQUIREMENTS
If requesting mobile service, you must ensure:

A safe, accessible location with sufficient space for us to work

Access to working outdoor utilities, including water faucets and electrical outlets, within the immediate work area unless specified

Permission to be on-site if you are not the property owner

That all vehicles blocking access are moved prior to our arrival

Free parking, or reimbursement for any parking or visitor fees required on-site
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule and charge any applicable mobile service or delay fees.
DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS
Our workspace is a private, professionally equipped residence. We do not offer a waiting area. All drop-offs must be pre-scheduled by phone or text. Please arrive on time and arrange your own transportation after drop-off.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Full payment is due on the day of service. We accept credit, debit, and cash.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled total or a minimum of $100, whichever is greater. Clients with repeat cancellations or scheduling disruptions may be required to pay a $150 non-refundable retainer. Outstanding balances must be paid in full to secure future bookings.
Final pricing may be adjusted based on the condition, size, or client location. Additional charges may apply as follows:

Mobile Service — $40 per appointment, reduced to $20 if utilities are provided, and waived for [ζ] ZETA packages or multi-vehicle bookings

Extended Service — $120 for heavily soiled vehicles requiring intensive labor or specialized solutions beyond the standard package baseline
BOOKING, SCHEDULING & ARRIVAL
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, traffic conditions, or equipment failure. All start times are tentative and will be confirmed prior to your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation message the day before your appointment, with real-time updates if we are running early or late on the day of service.
Please note that estimated arrival times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
VEHICLE CONDITION & LIABILITY
Clients are asked to remove all personal items from their vehicle prior to service. Time spent clearing out belongings may be billed accordingly.
We do not remove or reinstall child car seats. If left installed, we will clean around them as thoroughly as possible.
SIGMA Auto Detail is not responsible for:

Personal belongings left in the vehicle

Pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues

Damage to worn or fragile interior components, such as dash buttons or knobs

Damage to headliners; these are cleaned gently, but stains may remain due to adhesive limitations

Issues arising from engine bay cleaning or water exposure
-
Paint damage from long-standing environmental contaminants such as bug splatter, bird droppings, tree sap, or hard water spots

Brake dust or wheel staining that is permanent or requires refinishing
-
Trim that is faded, stained, or beyond cosmetic restoration
LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE
While we strive for outstanding results, certain materials and levels of contamination may limit the outcome. Stains, odours, pet hair, and sand may not be fully removable, especially in older or heavily used interiors.
Odour removal is not guaranteed and may require specialized services beyond what we offer.
Window streaking may occur depending on temperature and humidity. These are readily removed with a microfiber cloth once the glass has cooled.
Sealants, waxes, or coatings applied may degrade prematurely if not properly maintained. We recommend routine washes to preserve their durability.

Please maintain a distance of at least 10–15 feet from our work area to avoid slip or trip hazards. If you need to speak with our team during the service, call out from a safe distance.
