SIGMA 3.0 // MAY '24

Since our initial launch, SIGMA Auto Detail has grown into a platform shaped by experience, relationships, and relentless dedication to excellence. Over the past season, we’ve taken time to reflect on where we began, and where we’re headed. SIGMA 3.0 marks a turning point—our first true release as a full-service premium detailer, powered by the community we’ve built and the values that drive us.

From reimagined branding to new services, improved offerings, and a complete web overhaul, this update solidifies the foundation we’ve built—and sets the stage for what’s next.

GENERAL DEVELOPMENTS

  • Brand Identity Refined
    We’ve refreshed our logo, slogan, and visuals to better reflect our long-term mission. The familiar elements remain—the “Σ” of SIGMA, the diamond that symbolizes our precision—but now paired with a sharper identity that communicates our philosophy: to elevate, challenge, and lead in this industry.
     

  • New Business Hours & Address
    We’ve updated our hours to better serve both in-house and mobile clients. Weekday and weekend times are now clearly defined, with flexible booking available outside regular hours when needed. Our full service area and operating address are now published across our site and business profiles to improve visibility and accessibility.
     

  • PORTFOLIO Added
    Visual proof matters—especially in detailing. Our new Portfolio hub features a curated gallery of before/after projects, transformations, and client testimonials so you can see our work firsthand.
     

  • VIP_REWARDS Introduced
    Returning clients now receive 5%–10% off future appointments depending on service history and engagement. Our goal is to offer real value and appreciation to those who continue to grow with us. Full details are available on our new Loyalty Rewards page.
     

  • Improved Visibility & Outreach
    You’ll soon see SIGMA branding across the GTHA—from mobile units to signage and apparel. We’re also shifting toward video shorts and cinematic detailing content to showcase our work. Feel free to stop by and chat when you spot our team in action—we love connecting with the community.

SERVICE REVISIONS

  • ​Motorcycle Detailing Introduced
    We’re proud to announce the launch of motorcycle detailing at SIGMA—an offering born from both passion and demand. Introducing:
    [μ] MU: Maintenance-level exterior decontamination and detail for regular upkeep
    [μ.2] MU.2: Deeper refinement, polishing, and protection for enthusiast-level finishes
    These experimental packages are designed with flexibility in mind and will evolve based on feedback and seasonal demand. Whether it’s your daily rider or a summer showpiece, we’re here to help your bike shine.
     

  • Pricing & Promotions Updated
    As we continue to refine our service model and source high-end products, small price adjustments have been made across our catalog. To offset this, we’re offering introductory promotions and loyalty rewards that provide tangible savings while maintaining our standard of excellence. These pricing updates allow us to reinvest in training, equipment, and formulations that push SIGMA beyond the average premium detailer.
     

PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS
 

  • New Dual-Phase Rinseless Wash System
    Our winter-proven rinseless wash now has a complementary counterpart. The new formula improves gloss and sealant compatibility, streamlining application and reducing product waste without sacrificing lubricity or cleaning power.
     

  • Citrus-Based APC Replaces Wheel Gel
    Our former wheel gel was effective but cost- and disposal-heavy. We’ve transitioned to a Citrus All Purpose Cleaner that’s:

    • Safe for all surfaces

    • Environmentally friendly

    • Highly dilutable

    • Excellent for tire browning, interior plastics, and engine bay grime
       

  • Balanced pH Foam Added
    We’ve introduced a pH-neutral snow foam to pair with our sugar-based alkaline version. This allows us to tailor foam selection by soil level and vehicle needs—protecting waxes and coatings on lightly used vehicles while maintaining performance on heavy jobs.

QUALITY OF LIFE OPTIMIZATIONS
 

  • Website Experience Overhauled
    We’ve reimagined sigmaautodetail.ca to reflect the polish and care of our services.

    • Faster load times and responsive scaling for all devices

    • Streamlined navigation for packages, booking, and info

    • New UI for easier service comparison and package selection

    • A cleaner, bolder aesthetic built to scale with future app integration

 

  • Webpage Adjustments

    • Home: Simplified welcome page with direct links to packages and booking
    • Services: Previously "Pricing"; now categorized by vehicle size and package type for clarity

      • New subcategories: Complete, Full, Exterior, Interior

      • Booking now done through updated multi-section forms

    • S_TIER: FAQ + Educational hub reorganized for clarity

    • SIGMA_NXT: Roadmap updated; all release notes archived for transparency

    • About: Streamlined company info, values, and testimonials

    • Contact: Page merged into About with updated forms and service maps

  • Booking Form Bug Fixes
    A known issue causing booking forms to freeze when switching service types has been addressed with a temporary fix (refreshing the page). A permanent patch is on the roadmap.
     

  • Messenger Chat Integration
    We’ve replaced WhatsApp with Messenger for a smoother, more reliable support experience directly linked to our Meta Suite.
     

  • Caller ID + Voicemail Updated
    Incoming calls will now show as "SIGMA Auto Detail." Voicemails have been updated with detailed callback instructions if we miss your call.
     

  • Socials & Listings Refreshed
    All public-facing platforms—Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and VistaConnect—now feature updated branding, hours, location info, and web links.

​WHAT'S NXT

 

SIGMA 3.0 marks the completion of our foundational build — but not the limit of our ambition. With new branding, expanded services, and a refined digital experience, we’re now positioned to grow beyond the GTHA and connect more deeply with our clients and community.

In the months ahead, we’ll be shifting our focus toward content creation, client education, and collaboration. From video tutorials and cinematic transformations to media partnerships and enthusiast events, we’re excited to explore new ways to showcase the craft of detailing — and the passion behind it.
