Since our closed beta last year, we’ve gained invaluable experience, product knowledge, and, most importantly, your trust. Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping our craft, and we're proud to introduce SIGMA 2.0—our first full public release.

This version brings expanded service coverage, refined packages, updated products, and continued improvements to user experience. Thank you for being part of our journey as we strive to deliver premium care that exceeds expectations.

GENERAL DEVELOPMENTS

  • Expanded Service Area (Now GTHA)
    We’ve updated our language from “GTA” to “GTHA” to reflect broader regional coverage, including Hamilton and surrounding municipalities. Our goal remains to bring exceptional detailing to as many communities as possible.
     

  • FAQ Renamed to S_TIER
    Our FAQ page is now S_TIER — SIGMA Technical Information & Education Resources. It’s more than just questions and answers. Expect deep dives into detailing practices, equipment breakdowns, product science, and professional techniques—built to inform enthusiasts and first-timers alike.
     

  • Updated Brand Partners
    We now feature select products from Soft99, Gyeon, 303, MJJC, and The Detail Factory—each chosen for their innovation and performance in real-world applications.

  • Package Overhaul: Tailored by Experience
    We’ve restructured all packages based on performance data, client needs, and seasonal detailing trends. Highlights include:

    • Exterior Services:​

      • Wheel coatings now listed in all tiers​

      • Exhaust tip polishing exclusive to [β] BETA, [α] ALPHA, and [Σ] SIGMA

      • Water spot removal now part of [Σ] SIGMA
    • Interior Services:
      • Vortex extraction added to [β] BETA; reduces moisture & speeds drying
      • Carpet extraction exclusive to [α] ALPHA and [Σ] SIGMA
      • Steam cleaning reserved for [Σ] SIGMA
      • Fabric guard, leather conditioning, and interior ceramics added where appropriate for protection and longevity
    • Paint Correction:
      • Spot testing available on request
      • Correction services billed hourly, letting clients choose 75%, 85%, or 95% correction based on time and budget
    • Paint Protection:
      • [δ] DELTA upgraded to ceramic sealant (4–6 months)
      • [β] BETA now includes ceramic/graphene hybrid (6–8 months)
      • [Σ] SIGMA now features fluoropolymer wax (12 months+ durability)

  • Interior/Exterior-Only Options Now Available
    All full-service packages now support .EXT (Exterior Only) and .INT (Interior Only) versions—giving you more flexibility, clearer pricing, and shorter appointment times.

PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS

  • Rinseless Wash Revamp
    Now powered by a polymer-surfactant hybrid, our updated rinseless solution enhances winter salt removal, reduces water usage, and remains biodegradable and marine safe.
     

  • Graphene Trim Coating
    Replaces our older acrylic-based solution. The new version applies safely in direct sun, resists streaking, and offers up to 12 months of deep black trim restoration.
     

  • Ceramic Tire Dressing
    Now with improved self-leveling and chemical resistance, this reformulated tire dressing delivers a clean OEM look that holds up even in high temperatures.
     

  • Graphene Wheel & Paint Coatings
    We’ve upgraded from silica-based coatings to ceramic/graphene hybrids, offering better hydrophobic performance, enhanced durability, and superior heat dissipation.
     

  • Fusso Wax Coating
    We’re proud to introduce a professional-grade fluoropolymer wax with verified 12-month performance. Its self-cleaning and hydrophobic properties exceed those of ceramics or graphene-based waxes—offering elite performance for discerning clients.
